Bonnie Doon

Since its introduction to the Dutch market in 1969, Bonnie Doon has become a successful total concept. The brand’s extensive collection is available in specialty shops, children’s clothing stores and department stores.

Bonnie Doon is also expanding to other countries. The brand is now available in French department stores such as Galeries Lafayette, and in 2007 Bonnie Doon opened its first boutique in France.

In 2010 Iconum released a new multi-lingual corporate website and a B2B e-commerce shop fully integrated with their Reflecta XL-ENZ ERP software.

Bonnie Doon customers can now order online and have access to inventory, delivery information and previous orders.

The iPad order entry system allows Bonnie Doon’s sales department to make instant orders and check inventory.

De Boer

De Boer is the leading international supplier of temporary accommodation for large events and festivals, storage purposes, airport baggage handling and supermarkets.

The company now has offices in The Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Austria, France, Spain, Sweden and Qatar. De Boer is furthermore represented in the USA and Russia.

De Boer selected Iconum in 2006 as their agency for all online activities.

In 2007 a new global site was released, followed by a new user-friendly intranet. Iconum also handles all e-mail marketing for De Boer and measures client satisfaction using an online application linked to SAP based on the Net Promoter Score.

We help DTG improve its various online operations with a user-led, goal-oriented approach.

In 2010 we implemented a new customer service system. Extensive research and usability testing led to a completely new design. The result: the most common, and important, customer service tasks are now handled through a single page.

The web application is linked to several internal systems.
